Ailis founded A.R.M Rehabilitation and Massage in 2021 and originally operated as a mobile service before finding a home at Eley Fitness in Bakewell. Ailis has over 4 years experience in sports massage, soft tissue therapies and working with a wide variety of MSK injuries. She has also previous experience working in semi-professional rugby and 2 years working within an MSK clinic.

She is currently training to become a physiotherapist at Manchester Metropolitan University.
